Bluestem Vodka
Bluestem Vodka is an American premium craft spirit distilled from corn and cut with reverse osmosis water resulting in an exceptionally smooth finish. Bluestem vodka is gluten-free and be enjoyed on the rocks, with your favorite mixer, or to make our Signature Cocktail.
The owners, who are also scientists and engineers, specially designed a one of a kind process coined the submarine process where mashing, fermentation, and distillation occurs in the same vessel thus reducing contamination compared to traditional methods. The result is a cleaner alcohol prior to and after distillation.
Why the name Bluestem? Big Bluestem is the State Prairie Grass of Illinois and Missouri. Bluestem grass is featured prominently wrapping around the bottle.
