Bluestem Vodka

Bluestem Vodka is distilled from corn and cut with reverse osmosis water resulting in a slightly sweet, extremely pure, delicious spirit. Bluestem Vodka is gluten free and can only be used to make our signature and trademarked cocktail, The Stemcell®.

Tasting Room

Enjoy a Bluestem cocktail in a comfortable and laid back atmosphere! Bottles & Merchandise can also be purchased at the tasting room.

Open Thursdays 4-8pm, Fridays 4-8pm & Saturdays 3pm-8pm. Tours are offered on Saturdays and require reservation.

“TOUR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE & AWESOME" First time visit for my boyfriend, my daughter, best friend and her husband. We live in Central Illinois and my boyfriend had heard about this distillery and we had talked about going. So we planned a day trip and weren’t disappointed at all. Tour was very informative & awesome, Vodka was awesome, staff was great! We had a great time and will make another trip there soon! That is when we run out of Bluestem Vodka!

“TOURS ARE ONLY $10 AND INCLUDE A SHOT, MIXED DRINK, & MORE… My friends and I just did a tour tonight. Chris was fantastic and explained their unique process wonderfully. We got to ask a lot of questions and even got to try our hand at taping and wax sealing a bottle. Tours are only $10 and include a shot and mixed drink. It's a great local experience for a group of friends!

“WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!” Great time! I highly recommend the tour. The owners are friendly and the tour is interesting. I got to bottle my own vodka. The vodka is great. We will definitely be back!!
